He was one of 5 invited international experts. The workshop was organized by the European Training Foundation with an aim to establish common understanding on the vocational qualifications system envisaged for Moldova, as a basis for the development of a comprehensive National Qualifications Framework. Participants of the workshop represented the Ministry of Education and other ministries, VET institutions, employers and industry sectors. Olav Aarna gave a presentation “Towards qualifications system in Estonia”.
