Agreements are based on the co-operation of various stakeholders;<\/li><li>it follows an integrated qualifications system model;<\/li><li>the main concept of the occupational qualifications system is competence, that means the system is based on competence both conceptually and in reality;<\/li><li>occupational qualifications system is built and operational as a quality system.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Parts and outcomes of the system are:<\/h3><ol><li>the system of occupational qualification standards \u2013 occupational qualification standards<\/li><li>the system of awarding occupational qualifications \u2013 occupational qualification certificates<\/li><li>the system of the classification and cataloguing of occupational qualifications \u2013 the catalogue of occupational qualifications<\/li><\/ol><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Estonian occupational qualifications system forms a part of the Estonian qualifications system that links life-long learning system and the labour market.
