Juhtimisoskuste arendamise aluseks on \u00fchine juhtimisraamistik, mis aitab juhil teadlikult arendada nii ennast kui ka oma meeskonda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ta lisas, et just juhtide eeskuju on olnud \u00fcks edu komponent \u00f5ppimiskultuuri juurutamisel.
