Suur osakaal on vegantoidul, mille t\u00f6\u00f6stuslik tootmine toob kaasa uuendusi tootmistehnoloogiates ja -protsessides. See omakorda seab uued n\u00f5udmised t\u00f6\u00f6j\u00f5ule. Pakiline vajadus t\u00f5sta t\u00f6\u00f6tajate p\u00e4devust ning soodustada spetsialistide riikidevahelist liikuvust l\u00f5i pinnase rahvusvahelisele projektile EQVEGAN<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EQVEGAN on Euroopa Liidu Erasmus+ programmi nn teise samba projekt. Projekti Eesti esindaja, SA Kutsekoda akadeemiline n\u00f5unik Olav Aarna selgitas, et teise samba projektides on kesksel kohal huvir\u00fchmade koost\u00f6\u00f6. Eesm\u00e4rk on innovatsiooni ja heade praktikate vahetamine \u2013 valdkonna oskuste alliansid \u2013, kuhu on kaasatud 15 institutsiooni 11 riigist \u2013 lisaks Portugalile Austriast, Hispaaniast, Horvaatiast, Kreekast, Maltalt, Poolast, Prantsusmaalt, Soomest, T\u00fcrgist ja Eestist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Projekt sai alguse 2020. aastal Coimbra rakendusk\u00f5rgkooli algatusel Portugalist. Toiduainet\u00f6\u00f6stusega seotud ettev\u00f5tlusorganisatsioonide, \u00f5ppeasutuste ja avaliku sektori asutuste koost\u00f6\u00f6s moodustati konsortsium, mis asus eest vedama taimse toidu t\u00f6\u00f6stuse t\u00f6\u00f6tajate oskuste ja p\u00e4devuste vastavusse viimist t\u00e4nap\u00e4eva n\u00f5uetega.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Millised on taimse toidu t\u00f6\u00f6tlemisel vajalikud spetsiifilised oskused?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aarna s\u00f5nul osutusid eestlaste kogemused tuleviku oskuste vajaduse v\u00e4ljaselgitamisel v\u00e4\u00e4rtuslikuks juhtl\u00f5ngaks. \u201eMitu OSKA uuringut on n\u00e4idanud, et t\u00f6\u00f6tlevas t\u00f6\u00f6stuses on puudu mitte niiv\u00f5rd t\u00f6\u00f6stusharu spetsiifilistest oskustest, vaid \u00fcldoskustest. T\u00e4pselt samale j\u00e4reldusele tulime ka taimse toidu t\u00f6\u00f6stuse kolme keskse ametiala oskusprofiile anal\u00fc\u00fcsides,\u201c kinnitas ta. \u201ePuuduvad oskused seonduvad eelk\u00f5ige tuntud moodsate m\u00e4rks\u00f5nadega: digip\u00f6\u00f6re, automatiseerimine ja rohep\u00f6\u00f6re, mida tuleb siduda taimse toidu t\u00f6\u00f6stuse konteksti.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kolm keskset ametiala, mida anal\u00fc\u00fcsiti, on tootmisprotsessi operaator, tehnik ja tehnoloog. Nendel ametialadel vajalikud teadmiste, oskuste ja p\u00e4devuste profiilid on detailselt kirjeldatud ESCO (oskuste, p\u00e4devuste, kvalifikatsioonide ja ametite Euroopa klassifikaator) s\u00fcsteemis, oskuste ja p\u00e4devuste sambas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Millised on v\u00f5imalused uute oskuste omandamiseks?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oskuste vajaduse selgitamisele lisaks on projekti \u00fcks eesm\u00e4rk nende oskuste arendamisele suunatud koolitusmoodulite v\u00e4ljat\u00f6\u00f6tamine. 2021. aastal koostasid projekti kaasatud \u00f5ppeasutused koos toiduainet\u00f6\u00f6stuse ettev\u00f5tlusorganisatsioonidega koolituste \u00f5ppekavad, aasta hiljem toimus partnerriikides koolitajate ettevalmistamine ning praegu koolitusmoodulite testimine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samuti toimub taimse toidu t\u00f6\u00f6stuse t\u00f6\u00f6tajate sertifitseerimisskeemi, meie m\u00f5istes kutse andmise, v\u00e4ljat\u00f6\u00f6tamine ja mitme \u00fcldiseks levitamiseks m\u00f5eldud juhendmaterjali koostamine. \u201eMul on olnud suurep\u00e4rane v\u00f5imalus rakendada meie n\u00fc\u00fcd juba rohkem kui kahek\u00fcmneaastast kutsestandardite koostamise ja nende kasutamise kogemust nii kutse andmisel kui kutse- ja k\u00f5rghariduse \u00f5ppekavade arendamisel, sh toiduainet\u00f6\u00f6stuse vallas,\u201c lisas Aarna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uuenduslikke koolitusi taimse toidu t\u00f6\u00f6stuse spetsialistidele ja \u00f5ppuritele Euroopa kvalifikatsiooniraamistiku tasemetel 4\u20137 on kavas pakkuda seitsmes keeles.
