Enhancing Europass: User Voices on Europass Features

We are delighted to invite you and your network to join our upcoming webinar, titled “Enhancing Europass: User Voices on Europass Features”. The webinar is on Tuesday 2 December from 14:30 – 15:10 (Irish Time) and is hosted by the Irish National Europass Centre (NEC).

This webinar will provide insights on some of the key Europass tools and showcase insights from our summer user testing initiative. This session will explore how users interacted with key Europass features, including the Europass Library, Cover Letter builder, and Digital Skills Self-Assessment. Join us to hear directly from participants who took part in the testing, as they share their experiences and offer testimonials on what worked, what could be better, and how Europass supports people on their learning and career development journeys.

The webinar is free to attend and is open to all, but may be of particular interest to learners, career movers, educators, guidance practitioners, education providers, and community leaders. Feel free to share the webinar information with anyone in your network who might be interested.
